February 16, 2012

Mecca Bingo has announced it is looking for a venue in Bracknell.

If the company can find a suitable premises, it will be the first time Mecca has opened a club in the area and will create around 50 jobs.

Mark Jones, managing director of Mecca Bingo, said: “We are actively seeking a new location in Bracknell as we are keen to open one of our new-look leisure venues in the area.

"Not only will it bring much-needed employment opportunities to the area but it will also offer locals a new female-friendly sociable gaming concept, which is an attractive alternative to standard leisure activities such as the cinema or going to the pub.

“Our new style clubs offer live entertainment, great tasting food which is cooked to order and the chance to take part in some fun gaming.”

The company’s ideal venue will be close to a large residential area, on a prominent A road, on a retail/leisure park and have a minimum of 150 car parking spaces.

Anyone with details of a prospective venue should contact Chris Warren at Cushman & Wakefield on 020 7152 5209 or email chris.warren@eur.cushwake.com
