And the “bit-by-bit” approach continues after permission was given to two gleaming gold-coloured offices which could bring new companies and jobs to the town.

The 110,000 sq ft offices, which will be built by RO Developments working alongside consultants Urban Switch, will replace the two buildings they own in Market Street and will be covered in gold-coloured panels.
