More families than ever helped by Bracknell Foodbank

More families than ever before were helped by Bracknell Foodbank last month, as the charity continues to look for a larger home.

Emergency food parcels were given to 445 people in April, the highest number since the charity was launched three and a half years ago.

Bosses continue to appeal for bigger storage space to cope with the rising demand as its Crowthorne food store is too small for the three and a half tonnes of food it distributes every month.
