Steven Shingler rejoins Scarlets from London Irish

Steven Shingler has agreed to rejoin Scarlets at the end of the season after two years with London Irish.
The fly-half has signed a three year deal with Simon Easterby's side, and links up with older brother and Welsh international Aaron.
Shingler, 21, said: "I've had some great experience from my time at London Irish and it's been good for me to play in the intensity and physicality of the Premiership.
"During my time at London Irish, I've been lucky to work with and learn from some great people like Mike Catt who have pushed me forward and improved my game."
Shingler has played 39 times so far for the Exiles; his most recent appearance being in the 17-7 win over Bordeaux-Begles in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
