Watt a difference a day makesBy Adam Lee

Ryan Watt insists he is fast-becoming the player that his much-lauded talent has promised.
Watt’s inconsistency has infuriated fans at times, but he was at his sparkling best in his man-of-the-match display on Saturday, scoring one expertly-taken goal, and setting up another for Claude Dumas.
Watt was still a threat on Sunday, but struggled alongside his Bees team-mates, who were caught short by bottom-of-the-table Romford.
He does, however, believe his performances, just like the rest of the Bees squad’s, are beginning to improve.
“That was my seventh goal on Saturday and last season I scored six so I can’t be doing too bad,” he said.
“I’ve been playing a bit better over the last few weeks – I had a slow start to the season, but it has picked up.
“All the boys are chipping in with points and it’s good – we needed 10 games to gel together.
“We don’t want people to come here and take points out of our rink.
“We want to win every home game and grab some on the road and finish in sixth spot.”
