Reading FC chasing Real Madrid rising star

Anton Zingarevich has revealed that Reading are chasing Real Madrid B winger Denis Cheryshev.

The 21-year-old Russian plays for Madrid's B team Castilla and Royals owner Zingarevich has reportedly said that the club had scouted him in a recent game.

He said: "Our scouts watched Cheryshev in Castilla's match against Barcelona B.

"Denis played 20 minutes. I can't guarantee that he will come to Reading, but it's possible, and Denis himself knows this."

Quality is an important factor in a side, but it's not the only thing. Just look at QPR!

Um Tilehurst.. yes to be honest. Think a lot of us worry that the quality is not there. Two good recent performances have given me some cause for optimism. However, QPR are struggling and Newcastle had a bad day against us but still took their chances against us. Think we will find out where we really are in the league come late November when we have played more of the other relegation candidates too.

Long way to jan and alot of hard work to do. We need to improve our results and standing to attract good/average prem players or wr might end up with god knows what. We must add quality not good championship material.

Need a result on Saturday. Will be tough. Then boring international break again!!
