nothings won or lost in pre-season its all about getting your shape fitness and working on things i would much rather stay up and have a poor pre-season (in terms of goals and results) than get relegated and be smashing everyone 4 and 5 nil in pre-season, however you cant just blame the strikers for lack of goals you also have to look at the service and chances created

Get Lukaka in on loan now. We are struggling to score goals, as we did last season but got away with it. This season will be much tougher and we need to score more goals to survive in the Prem.

Still need to strengthen the back four and midfield with one new player in each position.

If, once again none of our forwards manage to score will McDermot attempt to strengthen our strike force which again is lightweight. We have been rumoured to be trying to sign loads of strikers but they have all remained at there clubs or have preferred to sign for another team. I'm thinking of players such as Rhodes, Zaha,Lukaku,Maiga,Snodgrass,Yakubu,Defoe and many others.Last season we scored fewer than most of the other teams and this year will be even worse I fear
