Pavel Pogrebnyak will wear the No.7 shirt next season.
The 28-year-old Russia striker will take the number off midfielder Jay Tabb.
Tabb, who played 21 times last season, is expected to take the No.16 shirt.
Chris Gunter will wear two, Adrian Mariappa six, Garath McCleary 12 and Danny Guthrie 20.
Nicky Shorey, meanwhile, will take his old No.3 shirt.
