Reading FC 4 Derby County 1
By Jonny FordhamMarch 10, 2010
Follow all the action as Reading take on Derby County tonight (8pm kick-off) with Royals reporter Jonny Fordham.
Royals, in 19th place, are unbeaten in the Championship at Madejski Stadium in 2010 and will be looking to continue their good run with a win over Nigel Clough's 16th-placed Rams.
Have your say on the game below and you can also follow Jonny on Twitter here as he Tweets and post pictures: http://twitter.com/JonnyFordham
Jonny writes: Reading will be looking to rectify the 2-1 loss at Pride Park to Derby in November with a win at Madejski Stadium.
Royals come into the game on the back of a 4-2 defeat to Aston Villa in the FA Cup on Sunday, but their league form at home in 2010 has been very impressive with three wins from three games.
Brian McDermott has plenty of in-form strikers to choose from, but is likely to stick with Shane Long and Simon Church. Former Derby man Grzegorz Rasiak could start on the bench.
I’m going for another Reading home win – 2-0.

Just because we are back from the brink he seems to think he can cash in again. How come such a great business man can't achieve his stated intent of selling off the club? I can not see how he can remain fully committed to something that he wants to sell, so the sooner he goes the better as far as I am concerned.

Our squad looks very strong now, McD able to rotate in most positions bar the fullbacks. Not sure if Griffin had a hamstring niggle last night, but the old boy deserves a short rest. Rather he missed one game than several with an injury.
Great to see so many goals at the Madstad now. 9 for us in our last 2 home league games compared to 8 in Rodgers 11 home league games. There's only one Uncle Fester.

"It would be good for their careers and good for the club".
Not the comforting words i was looking for. Surely now we're in a position not to have to sell?
Anyway, another god win last night, even though on our second half performance, 4-1 flattered us a little. We should have been out of site within 35 minutes and just seemed to go a little flatt after the sending off. Credit to Derby who played well for the second 45. Nothing can stop me being a happy Royal at the moment though. Bring on the Brizzle on Saturday! Come on you Royals!!!!!
