Michail Antonio joins Southampton on loan
By Jonny FordhamOctober 05, 2009
Winger Michail Antonio has joined former Royals manager Alan Pardew on loan at Southampton.
The 19-year-old has joined on a one month deal and has played just one league game under Brendan Rodgers, coming on as a second-half substitute in the 3-1 win against Barnsley at Oakwell.
The former Tooting and Mitcham star goes straight into Saints’ squad for their Johnstone’s Paint Trophy match against Torquay United tomorrow night.
Antonio will be at St Mary’s until November 2.
