Bracknell Town earned a hard-fought point away at Cheltenham Saracens, but were unlucky not to grab all three points following two tremendous saves by home goalkeeper Tim Griffiths.
Fighting for their Hellenic Premier Division survival, the Robins were hunting for three much-needed points, but were once again undone by an early defensive mistake as the host took a third-minute lead.

A quick free-kick saw Lorcan Sheehan steal in ahead of George Gould and he was able to square the ball to the grateful captain Mike Rhodes who made no mistake from five yards out.
Chances were traded in the first half with Ben Knight sending his free header straight at the goalkeeper and George Martin narrowly missing the target from 20 yards.
Saracens had a glorious chance as Jamie Hammond robbed Tom Nugent, sprinted forward and lobbed Chris Adams, but Tom Barratt chased the ball tirelessly and acrobatically cleared off the goal-line.
Knight drew his side level in the 53rd minute with a wonderful individual goal.
Using his quick feet and balance to skip past two defenders and round Griffiths, he had to check back towards goal and with the two defenders now stationed on the line, Knight drew Griffiths back out to him and coolly chipped the ball into the roof of the net.
Two minutes later and Martin should have put Bracknell ahead when he took advantage of a suicidal back-pass, only to be denied by Griffiths.
The home side look dangerous on the break and Joe Donaghue hit the post although Adams appeared to have the inside covered.
Griffiths came to the rescue once again as Gould’s powerful run and deflected shot was heading for the bottom left hand corner, but the keeper somehow changed direction and superbly tipped the ball around the post.
At the final whistle, the Robins were left to rue the missed chances, but at least came away with a point.
This Saturday, they welcome Fairford Town to Larges Lane with the visitors sitting one place and seven points ahead of them in what surely is a must win game in closing the gap to those teams above them.
