Always looking for a change of scenery and different vibe, it was music to my ears to receive a text message telling me Quality Black Music were holding an event at The Curzon Club.

I couldn’t have asked for more on Saturday, as the sun beamed down and friends plotted over who was bringing what contribution to my BBQ. I knew I would be going out, but where and who with would be anybody’s guess.
