Search for derelict buildings' owners

A rundown area of Katesgrove could be developed with derelict buildings demolished and turned into housing.

   Its a shame that one of the oldest areas in Reading is going this way - proper buidings to reflect the towns history would be better! London St has slowly become a no-go area with no real attractions and yet it was once one of the livliest / most used parts of the town

So are the council saying that they are not aware of the submission by Unite to turn it into more student flats? Why are they being so coy? I guess the exhibition I went to at the Friends Meeting House was a figment of my imagination.

   The council has a serious backlog of Asylum seekers to house. however this accomadation is not really suitable.
