BRACKNELL residents with a little spare time on their hands are being urged to do their bit for the community and volunteer.

As part of Volunteers' Week, Bracknell Forest Voluntary Action is hosting a week-long exhibition, entitled ‘Volunteer Spotlight'.

At the exhibition at the old Bradford and Bingley building in Bracknell Town Centre (near the Bandstand) up to ten voluntary groups a day will display the many unpaid yet totally fulfilling activities which people take part in daily in the borough.

The exhibition will be officially launched by new Bracknell Forest Deputy Mayor Cllr Alan Browne at 11am on Monday, June 2.
