Rajesh's motorbike crashed into the ambulance, which was parked on the other side of the A3.

Police said a car was also involved in the collision.

Surrey Police's investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Detective Sergeant Gary Wright said: "We have already spoken to a number of witnesses to these incidents, both at the scene and following our initial appeal for information.

"I would ask anyone who saw either of these incidents who we have not already spoken to to get in touch as soon as possible.

"This was a tragic series of events which occurred in a very public setting and I would also urge anyone who has been affected by witnessing either of these incidents to seek appropriate support.”
