Phillip Lee to represent Conservatives for Bracknell seat

MP Dr Phillip Lee will be the Conservative candidate for the Bracknell constituency in 2015.

The Bracknell Conservatives announced last Sunday Dr Lee will stand for a second term at the next general election.

He won the seat for Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Finchampstead and Wokingham Without in 2010.

This matter needs to be taken seriously. Lee is about as useful as a condom vending machine in the Vatican. He needs to go, and I expect pretty-much anyone with some interest in local politics would agree. Whoever Labour and Co have standing for Bracknell need to do some serious work in the next few years and ensure that we have a decent candidate representing the town and its interests. Go to work!

So once again the conservatives bring in a carpetbagger from outside the area with little interest in the area he gets paid to serve. Sorry, I forgot he likes going in pubs. Perhaps if we had a tarpaulin muster we could buy him one closer to home.

It really is time a decent, honest, independent put their head above the parapet. Lets get rid of all this party political baloney and elect a member for our area.

I agree with what you say about Andrew. Despite what he did re his expenses, each time I asked for help, he did his very best to resolve my problems. This waste of space has done nothing. I don't ask for help that often but when I do, I lime to think it is for a very good reason. One problem I had many years ago was about speech therapy for my son and Andrew was on the case like a shot and did his best. Dr Doolittle here finds it easier to ignore or palm you off onto other councillors who appear to not help much either. I hope the people of Bracknell all wake up to what a waste of our tax payers money this farce of an MP this man is.

Ok - I'll hold my hands up........ I voted for him in the last election. I had always voted for Andrew Mckay as I thought he was good for his constituents, having had his help more than once. So Dr Lee seemed the logical choice.

I have to now say Sorry to everyone for voting for him and I will not vote for him next time round. Whereas Mckay worked for his constituents Dr Lee works to further himself and does not care what happens in Bracknell.

What I would like to see is a independant to stand for Bracknell who has Bracknell's interests at heart. This could be a good town again if only more people would fight for it.
