Plans for nine homes in Deepfield Road approved

Plans for nine houses to be built in Bullbrook have been given the green light, despite 12 objections from neighbours.

Bracknell Forest Council’s planning committee approved an outline application at its meeting last Thursday for a development in Deepfield Road.

Councillor Robert Angell highlighted the concerns from residents about the ‘major issue’ of parking. He said: “Would the visitor parking space be sufficient for nine homes or will it push out on to the road?”

Chairman Cllr Colin Dudley pointed out the application was an outline application with design, layout and positioning subject to further planning permission.

The application would see two semi-detached homes demolished, with a gap between them widened for new homes to be built behind.
