Missing man with dementia is found

An elderly man who left his home to walk his dog has been found after he went missing.
The 78-year-old, was last seen yesterday (Sunday) but it is believed he left his house in Birch Hill at 8am today (Monday) to take his white terrier cross poodle for a walk.
The man, who has severe dementia, was classed as a high risk missing person but police called off the search after he was found around 6.40pm.
