Traffic delays expected due to Mill Lane closure

Essential works on underground electricity cables will cause a lane closure on a busy road.
One lane of the northbound carriageway of Mill Lane will be closed as engineers work on the newly installed cables between Monday, February 18 and Monday, March 4.
Scottish and Southern Energy has released a notice, explaining they works. It said: "Some disruption is unavoidable and we'd like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused."
