Another award for the Look Out Discovery Centre

A glittering award has been given to The Look Out Discovery Centre for its sparkling standards of customer service.

The gold star was awarded to the science centre for the effort its staff go to ensuring the customers are at the centre of everything they do.

Assessors said the team are a huge asset who make everyone feel welcome throughout their visit.

Good for the Look Out, but sloppy reporting. What gold star was awarded by what assessors? I used to get the occasional gold star when I was at school, not for English language I hasten to add, but wouldn't class it as particularly newsworthy. Unless you give substance to this report then it is a waste of tomorrows chip wrapping.
