A 14-year-old boy was taken to hospital after two hooded thugs brandishing broken bottles attacked him.

The teenager was left very shaken and with minor injuries when he was randomly assaulted as he walked from Co-op in Bywood, Hanworth, in the direction of Great Hollands at around 5.45pm last Friday, February 1.

Police are hunting two men, one was muscular, dark-skinned, aged between 18 and 20 and approximately 5ft 10, and was wearing a dark coloured hoodie with hood up and dark chino style trousers.

The other was white, aged 18 to 20, approximately 6ft and of muscular build, and was wearing a purple hoodie with the hood up and blue tracksuit bottoms.

I dare say the police have a pretty good idea who the attackers were but that's not proving it. The advantage at the moment seems to be with these feral cowards. Until enough of the public decide to shout louder than the liberal apologists and get back some powers for our police and backbone for our magistrates then reports such as this will be the norm.

There are three young men matching this description seen regularly in this area. But then with no police patrols - actual foot patrols - in recent memory in Hanworth such scum will continue to feel emboldened and have no fear of being identified.
