Renewed call for help to find missing husky
By Jon NurseJanuary 10, 2013
A dog owner is renewing her appeal for information to help find her missing husky as her health suffers.
Fiona Young, of Patten Ash Drive, Wokingham, fears she may never see one-year-old Aurora again after her pet went missing more than four weeks ago.
"It's very important I get her back - I suffer from mental health problems and she is my companion dog," she said.
"We are still hoping she could come back but she could have moved out of the area by now. I miss her so much."
The owner said she has heard of a lot of cases of dog thefts in the area and has warned other owners to be careful with their pets at this time.
The distinctive-looking husky was last seen in Pebblestone Copse at 2.30pm on December 11, before it disappeared in an area of woodland between Wokingham and Binfield.
Aurora is red and white and has brown, not blue, eyes.
Anyone who sees Aurora should contact the Wokingham dog warden via Wokingham Direct on (0118) 974 6000 or Fiona Young on 07952 469949.

Many thanks to everyone who kept a look out for Aurora.
Aurora has now been laid to rest with our other family pets.
