'Mucky pups' are invited to join in with creative play at The Look Out Discovery Centre's Toddler Days this week.
This year's bonanza of art and craft, face-painting and story telling events begins with the theme 'Pets' tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday.
Cllr Iain McCracken, executive member for culture, corporate services and public protection, said: “The Look Out is very popular with toddlers, as all the activities involve interaction, whether it is pushing, pulling, splashing, pressing, building, or jumping.”
"I understand that recent visitors to the December Toddler Days described them as “well organised, really enjoyable and great fun.” So why not beat the January blues by having fun at The Look Out Discovery Centre with your toddler?”
In addition to the centre's hands-on Science and Nature exhibition, with over 90 hands-on activities, toddlers can enjoy extra special activities including play dough, make and take activities, face or hand painting and story telling.
The cost is £6.45 per adult and toddler for entrance to the exhibition and Toddler Day activities plus, £1.50 extra for additional toddlers, with a maximum three per adult. Toddler activities run from 10am to 4pm both days.
On Toddler Days only, a buy one hot drink and get another free scheme runs. The Look Out Discovery Centre is in Nine Mile Ride.
