What is your favourite food? Shepherd’s pie made with the leftovers from the roast dinner.
What is your favourite holiday destination? Switzerland with lots of snow. I first went there on a school trip to help with our German class, but sadly we got caught in the bar sampling the delights of the local beer and our teacher was very cross.
What was the last book you read? I have to read before I go to sleep and my latest book is a murder mystery set in Tudor times – Dark Fire by C J Sansom.
What is your favourite film? I am a big softie and love a good old-fashioned film. As I am a bit of a song and dance girl it would have to be one of the great MGM musicals like Singin’ In The Rain.
What was your first pet and its name? A cat called Tinker.
Who would your ideal dinner guests be? My guests would be all the fabulous friends we have made over the years we have lived in Binfield or if I could choose someone famous, it would be Peter Ustinov for his brilliant wit and sense of fun.
What car do you drive? A Citroen C3 Picasso, which has a large enough boot to carry my Jo Jingles equipment but is also a good family car.
What makes you smile? My two cats Frankie and Lucy, who are very very entertaining, my husband who can always make me laugh and my Jo Jingles children when they bound into class each day.
What hobby/hobbies do you have? My hobbies are singing and dancing – I am a member of Maidenhead Musical Comedy Society. I love gardening, but I am a bit of a fair weather gardener.
What do you like about Bracknell Forest? I love the fact you have the amenities of the town, but just a short walk away you are in the countryside.
What is the one thing you would like to change about Bracknell Forest and why? I would like to change the ugly concrete car parks.
