Burst water main stops trains between Ascot and Reading

By Becky Barnes
December 10, 2012

Trains between Ascot and Reading are temporarily suspended today due a suspected burst water main at Bracknell station.

This means services are affected at both Bracknell and Wokingham leaving many passengers seeking alternative routes.

A South West Trains spokeswoman said trains are not running either way between these stations until further notice.

She added buses will replace trains and call at all stations from 11am this morning.
