What is your favourite food? Italian, preferably eaten in Italy.
What is your favourite holiday destination? The Maldives - peace and quiet and just the sea, sand and sky.
What was the last book you read? Mary Ann in Autumn by Armistead Maupin - I read on a beach in Spain.
What is your favourite TV programme? For my sins - Emmerdale. I love the drama and total disbelief that so many things can go wrong in an idyllic small village.
What was your first pet and its name? A black cat called Muffin and only cost me 50 pence.
What is your favourite film? Carousel - it always makes me cry.
What painting or photo do you have on your wall or desk? My daughter who emigrated to Australia last year.
Who would your ideal dinner guests be? Marilyn Monroe, Dusty Springfield, Johnny Depp, Imelda Staunton, Dame Judy Dench, Prince Harry and Bracknell Forest councillor Trevor Kensall - because his jokes are so awful.
What car do you drive? Audi A4 TDi
What is your biggest regret? Not travelling the world when I was younger, fitter and had no responsibilities.
What makes you smile? Seeing our local young people doing things to support their community.
What was your first job? Trainee engineer in a factory and hated it.
What hobby/hobbies do you have? When I have time: Mountain biking, swimming, badminton and my garden although I hate all the leaves we have to clear up!
What do you like about Bracknell Forest? The environment, it is so green and lovely.
What is the one thing you would like to change about Bracknell Forest and why? I would flatten the shopping centre and rebuild with everything under one roof.
If someone could ask you one question what would it be and what would your answer be? What was the happiest moment in your life? - Being at the birth of my two daughters.
