Ruling due on plans for home on farmland
November 14, 2012
A decision on whether to build a home on farmland is due to be made tonight.
Roy Maslin, owner of Barkham Manor Farm, applied to Wokingham Borough Council to build a three-bedroom home with a double garage for an agricultural worker to replace a mobile home.
The plans received 16 letters of objection and Barkham Parish Council strongly objects to the plans as the land is an Area of Special Landscape Importance.
The meeting takes place at the civic offices, in Shute End, from 7pm.
