Fire crews battle blaze in Spencers Wood

Fire fighters fought a blaze in a library in a house in Spencers Wood for more than two hours yesterday.
Crews from Wokingham Road, Dee Road, Whitley Wood and Mortimer fire stations were called to The Vicarage in Beech Hill Road at 12.54pm.
They used three hose jets and six breathing apparatus to fight the blaze which they got under control at 3.17pm.
