Thames Valley Police's cutest new recruits

This paw-some pair of pups aren’t just cute – they’re the police’s newest recruits.
The seven-week-old German Shepherd puppy and his eight-week-old Springer spaniel pal have joined the ranks at the Thames Valley Police training centre in Sulhamstead.
The German Shepherd is part of the police dog breeding programme and will hopefully go on to be used as one of the force’s regular dogs. The spaniel was bought to fill a vacancy for a search dog.
