Grandma's appeal for grandson's treasured lost monkey toy

A grandmother is appealing to the public to help find her grandson's treasured soft monkey toy.
Barbara McMinnies went for a walk around Mill Pond in Mill Park, Mill Lane, with three-year-old Bayley on Sunday afternoon and found 'Monkey' was missing in the car on the way home to Great Hollands.
Barbara said: "This monkey is one of these animals you buy as screen wipes for your computer and he just loves it. Bayley is a bit grumpy about it being missing."

She said: "I am sure there are other children out there that have lost toys and would love to have them back. So let's hope Monkey can be found and sent home."
