New clothing store to open in Princess Square

By Becky Barnes
October 03, 2012

A new clothing store for men, women and children will bring 'a new dimension' to the town's fashion mix when it opens in Princess Square Shopping Centre on Friday.

Blue Inc is a favourite of boyband JLS and Scouting for Girls and promises 'urban style at affordable prices'.

Helen Barnett, marketing manager at Bracknell Regeneration Partnership says: “We are delighted to welcome Blue Inc to Princess Square. Their mix of street and contemporary style will add a new dimension to the centre’s fashion mix.”

The new store, located at the entrance to the shopping centre, has created ten new jobs.

Blue Inc’s CEO, Steven Cohen, said: “We are delighted to be launching Blue Inc in Princess Square Shopping Centre Bracknell. We are also pleased to be employing a significant number of local staff and supporting the community. We hope the new store creates a real “buzz” and is a great success over many years to come.”

Agree Frank had a look round on Monday and looks the same as Mad House

Nothing different at all :(

Would have thought if Mad House had to close there then Blue Inc would have considered the market place for these clothes

I went for a look around on saturday. It's no more than so-so. It will probably appeal to the same people as those that shopped at Madhouse. Odd, I think to go into a new venture with bid "Sale " and "70%" off signs - makes it look as if it's closing down already. Should be a shop lifters paradise too, with the side door being left open. Still ~ good luck to them, Bracknell needs all the trade it can get.

Or perhaps T-shirts with the slogans doggy style followed by OM%G and the lets get wasted it what Helen fancies? If not for her a general Bracknell desire?

Has Helen Barnett, marketing manager at Bracknell Regeneration Partnership actually viewed the offerings from Blue inc?

She says: “We are delighted to welcome Blue Inc to Princess Square. Their mix of street and contemporary style will add a new dimension to the centre’s fashion mix"

Or is she suggesting the offensive tat being offered is what Bracknell really needs?

Will it last any longer than any of the previous clothing stores?

I may well join you Frank as I need a new Twisted Soul Slub Vee Neck T Shirt, although I am torn between the colours Cobalt or Purple. Or perhaps a "Doggy Style", or "OM?G" ("?" replaces the "F" as the acronym is banned from this site) or "Team Lets Get Wasted" Xplicit Industries T-Shirt.

Glad to see good taste and style are arriving???? Not!!!

I'm very much looking forward to this store opening. I can't wait to buy some "urban style" clothes and get down with the kids. Come friday the fifth, I'll be queueing outside the door, Am Ex card in hand.

   Blimey, that's the hat-trick isn't it!

CMBW must be rubbing his hands with glee.
