Developer aims to extend planning permission for flats

A housing developer with permission to build flats in Birch Hill is asking for more time to build them.
Kingfishers Residential (Birch Hill) Ltd, has permission to build five one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats on land in Leppington next to Birch Hill Medical Centre from 2009.
However, the company has asked Bracknell Forest Council for an extension to the planning permission which the authority’s planning team will make a decision on by Friday, August 10.
