Man killed in two-car crash on A30 at Bagshot

A MAN has died in a crash involving two cars on the A30 at Bagshot on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the victim, who was 51 and lived locally, was driving a Mercedes which was in collision with a Nissan Qashqai shortly before 2pm. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The A30 was closed in both directions for more than two hours and motorists were advised to avoid the area, but the road had been fully reopened by 5pm.
According to @themoogat23 on Twitter, the air ambulance also attended the scene and left at around 3.15pm.
