Attacker falls into Allsmoor Pond after punching cyclist

An attacker fell into a pond after punching a 31-year-old cyclist in the face and wrestling with him.

The victim, a man from Bracknell was cycling with his family by Allsmoor Pond, Allsmoor Lane, between 1.30pm and 2pm on Sunday when he saw the man fishing.

The 31-year-old asked him if he was a member of the club allowed to fish at the pond and was punched three times in the face causing minor injuries.

The attacker fell into the pond and then made off after the pair wrestled and the victim managed to push him off.

The offender is about 6ft, thin, aged between late thirties and early forties with a shaven head and some tattoos. He was wearing green combat trousers and a beige t-shirt.
