Honeywell to join smart grid project

Bracknell company Honeywell is to take part in a £30 million ‘smart grid’ project – which gathers information on the way electricty is used – in the borough over the next five years.
The project is a partnership between Southern Electric Power Distribution (SEPD), Bracknell Forest Council, The University of Reading, Honeywell, GE Energy, Kema and EA Technology.
