Santa made an early visit to Bracknell to check up on preparations for his arrival later this month.

He will arrive in a fairytale carriage alongside Cinderella from the South Hill Park pantomime in the town centre on Saturday, November 26, to kick off a weekend of family fun funded by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP).

The duo will parade from Broadway at 10.30am up to Princess Square before Santa opens his grotto on the first floor of department store Bentalls, where he will be everyday until Friday, December 23.

During the weekend families can enjoy a children’s entertainer and Heart FM’s Heart Angels in Princess Square.

On Sunday, November 27, there will be live entertainment on stage in Charles Square with performances from local choirs and dance groups before the lights are switched on a by a celebrity guest.

Visitors to Santa’s grotto will need to make a £3 donation with money going to Sebastian’s Action Trust and Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.
