People in Bracknell looking for a right royal knees-up can celebrate the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton at pubs around the borough this week.
The weather forecast for the Royal Wedding is good and people can head to their local boozer to soak up the atmosphere.
The big day is on Friday and there is something for everyone at pubs around Bracknell.
In Priestwood, the Admiral Cunningham in Stoney Road will be holding a fun day all day, with face painting and a bouncy castle to keep the children amused.
The pub will be following the event on its screens and has booked a live band to carry on with a party in the evening.
The Bull Inn, in Bracknell High Street, holds a Masquerade Ball the following day, starting at 8pm.
Parents can take their little ones along to the Green Man in Crowthorne Road for another fun day where there will also be plenty of screens showing the big event.
In Binfield, the Victoria Arms in Terrace Road South will be opening early to offer a Champagne brunch. There will be a fish and chip lunch after the nuptials themselves, which are at 11am.
The Plough and Harrow in Newell Green, Warfield, is putting on a karaoke evening after showing the event on the pub’s screens.
Pubs in Crowthorne and Sandhurst are also putting on events, for people in the south of the borough.
The Rose and Crown in Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, will be holding a beer festival on the following Saturday as well as on the wedding day itself, serving a range of real ales from midday until midnight.
And just in case anyone’s wishing to get right away from all the wedding celebrations, there will be a refuge at the Duke’s Head in High Street, Sandhurst, whose landlord plans to spend the day playing golf.
However, on the night before the wedding the pub is hosting an unofficial stag and hen night for the happy couple, starting at 7.30pm.
The Prince in High Street, Crowthorne will be decked in out in full royal regalia to show full coverage of the event.
Finally, people looking for a different type of tipple can visit the Silver Birch in Liscombe, Birch Hill, which has created its very own Blue Royal Cocktail.
The bright blue drink is a blend of lime flavoured vodka, lemonade and blue curacao.
