Backing for military academy housing expansion

A new block containing accommodation for some 120 soldiers is to be built at Sandhurst’s famous military academy.
Plans for the three-storey block of 119 bedrooms, a second single-storey office building and car parking were debated by Bracknell Forest Council’s planning committee on Thursday.
The council said it saw no reason why the plans should not be allowed.
