BeYou set for Reading Pride

Berkshire's lesbian and gay information network BeYou is preparing to take a leading role in the seventh annual Reading Pride event on Saturday, September 4.
The team at BeYou will be running a stand to inform the expected 14,000 visitors, offering its helpline, drop-in and instant messages.
The team will also promote its charity events.
BeYou chair Elaine Burroughs said: “The event always provides a fun day out and we’ve watched it go from strength to strength every year.”
She said there will be free giveaways ranging from pens to condoms.
