Metal detecting to be discussed by archaeology group

The origins of British people and metal detecting will be discussed at the Berkshire Archaeology Research Group’s meeting later this month.
The meeting will be held in the de Vitre Room of The Cornerstone in Norreys Avenue on Wednesday, March 31, from 7.25pm.
The lecture will be about the origins of the British people and metal detector finds in Finchampstead.
Visitors are welcome and the meeting costs £2 per person.
