Visitors to Bracknell’s popular woodland attraction are in good hands after it was given a top customer service award.
The Look Out Discovery Centre in Nine Mile Ride has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard, the Government’s new national benchmark for good service.
Staff and visitors were quizzed on customer services and standards by a judge who visited the centre in January.
