I'd like to wish Richard Haynes all the luck in the world - he'll need it! Bracknell town centre needs a reversal of years of neglect - where the heck would you start? The way I see it, it's already too late. Too many retailers have upper stumps and left, leaving nothing there to attract shoppers. Anyone with any money is off the Reading, leaving people with no money in Bracknell. Retailers can't make a living from people with no money. The Town management make a song and dance about new businesses opening, but gloss over the ones that are lost. M&S, Principals, Bay, Adams, Jessops, Woolies - all gone, and others I've forgotten. Replaced by £1 shops and charity stores. Wicked!
