Councillor Ray Simonds has died

Owlsmoor Councillor Raymond Simonds has died following a short illness.
The borough councillor, who was in his first term, died yesterday morning in hospital.
A minute’s silence was held in his honour at the meeting of Bracknell Forest Council’s planning and highways committee last night.
