Police hunt missing Easthampstead man

A man sporting a distinctive 'Old Git' baseball hat is missing from his home in Easthampstead.

Michael Gorski was last seen in Easthampstead post office in Rectory Row at around 4.30pm on Tuesday.

The 47-year-old was due to return home from work that same day at 5.30pm, but didn’t arrive. He was reported missing to police by his family later that evening.

Mr Gorski is white, around 6ft 1ins and medium build. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing pale blue jeans, a navy jacket, brown shoes and a navy baseball cap with the wording ‘Old Git’ in white lettering.

Following enquiries made by the police, it has come to light Mr Gorski may have been in the Poole/Sandbanks/Bournemouth area of Dorset on Wednesday evening.

He is possibly driving a white Vauxhall Astra van with the registration plate 0E03 UDB.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for Mr Gorski’s welfare as he has now been missing for 48 hours.
