Princess Square car park wins award for preventing car crime

Princess Square car park has scooped an award for its efforts to prevent car crime.
The town centre car park was given the Safer Parking Scheme Award for introducing a number of security measures.
Rob Morris, of the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), said: “This is really great news for the town centre.
“It is further proof that all our parking staff are dedicated to the safety of those visiting the town.”
Princess Square is investing in more signs telling motorists how to keep their cars safe, and parking attendants are on hand during opening hours to offer advice.
The award is also endorsed by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO).
