Ex-Pink Floyd manager's death was accidental

Former Pink Floyd manager Bryan Morrison’s death has been recorded as accidental by a coroner.
Morrison, who founded Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club in Winkfield, died in September after a polo accident in 2006.
He was in a coma for two years before he died.
Berkshire coroner Peter Bedford recorded a verdict of accidental death on Thursday.
