New hi-tech music rooms for St Crispin's pupils

By Laura Herbert
November 28, 2012

Music pupils at St Crispin’s School can now have their lessons in high-tech, specially designed practice rooms.

The London Road secondary’s old biology labs, including a large greenhouse, were renovated to house the new music department featuring sound-proofed practice rooms.

The greenhouse, which could not be demolished because of its listed building status, now has heat reflecting panels instead of glass and looks as it did when it was first built in 1951.
