LVS Ascot saw a six per cent increase in students achieving A* to B on last year, with a 99 per cent pass rate.
Seventy students were celebrating with 60 per cent of grades at A*-B.
Headmistress Christine Cunniffe said: “This is a fantastic set of results once again for LVS Ascot. We are very proud of all our students and the A* to C grades reaching nearly 80 per cent, is outstanding.”
Bradley Pollard, 18, from Bracknell, who achieved three A*s and an A, in maths, computing, further maths and physics, and an A* for his extended project, said: “I am really pleased with my results and very excited to be going to Imperial College to study computer science. I plan to then do a masters as I want to go into games programming.”
Natalie Bendel, 18, from Windsor, achieved three As in French, German and maths.
She said: “I’m shocked, totally shocked, but really happy. I can now go to Bath to study French and German, but for now I am going out to celebrate.
“Although I do feel a little bit sad, as I have been at the school since I was four, but what a way to finish.”
