£3k Great Wall trek

A group of 12 colleagues from an Ascot school raised £37,000 for a cancer charity.
The group from St Mary’s School trekked across the Great Wall of China for Breast Cancer Campaign last month.
Geography teacher Brenda Vockings was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 and 2008.
Brenda, who raised £3,748, said: “I am so proud of all. It was very difficult at times, but we made it in the end and it was an incredibly emotional experience.”
