The kits are actually returned to NHS bowel cancer screening programme, Southern Programme Hub, which is located in Guildford. This is actually where the programme is co-ordinated from. So if you have received a test kit please return it in the envelope provided, which states the correct address and, not to Wexham Park Hospital.
