Big Top collapses

The collapse of a circus big top which caused chaotic scenes was due to freak weather conditions, according to health and safety bosses.
Seven people were taken to hospital after Billy Smart's Circus tent partially collapsed shortly before 5pm on Good Friday at Windsor racecourse.
Yesterday a spokeswoman at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead told getbracknell the council's health and safety department would not be investigating the incident.
